Our first designated backcountry ski area opened in 2020, in Finland, MN. Finland Glades is located ¾ mile in on the Superior Hiking Trail, on the northern side of County Rd. 6, in Lake County, MN. The parking lot is well-marked, and we have a kiosk at the junction of the Superior Hiking Trail and our trailhead. Be sure to sign in at the kiosk! See PDF map for visual aid.
Moose Glades
We are currently applying for permission from the Superior National Forest to glade on Moose Mountain, in Lutsen, MN. Sign up for our newsletter to stay appraised of this process!
