Volunteer Weekends at Finland Glades 2022
October 29-30 and November 11-13

Here we are folks, in year two of our fall glading!

This year we will be: Improving the existing runs… brush cutting, cutting pungies down, and clearing brush piles

Hauling materials for a trailside kiosk

Expanding the glade by creating new runs… brush cutting, cutting pungies down, and clearing brush piles

Make sure to bring:
Camping gear for cool fall weather if camping
Good tough work clothes
Work gloves
Water bottle
Headlight

Tools/Supplies: (Please indicate if able to bring!)
Brushsaw
Bowsaw
Heavy-duty loppers

First Aid:
First aid supplies (if volunteering for first aid)

We will have a host meet volunteers each day at 10am at the Superior Hiking Trail Trailhead on Lake County Rd. 6
